Production Operator/General Laborer

Location: Columbiana, OH

Job Summary

We are hiring reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Columbiana, OH. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting products, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect plastic containers and lids to ensure quality standards are met.
• Trim, assemble, label, package, and palletize finished products.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
