Job Title: Systems Analyst

Duties: Partner with key stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, understand process flow, application intent, functions, features, data, input and output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, and limitations. Design, develop, test, and implement solutions within Workday and Ellucian Colleague ERP/SIS systems and other third-party applications. Analyze code to find causes of errors and, within guidelines, revise programs to meet business needs and industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Maintain, augment, and develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) and ERP/SIS security processes. Design, create, and maintain integrations for ERP, SIS, and third-party applications. Leverage API, web service, and flat-file integration mechanisms. Configure and monitor Single Sign-On (SSO) relationships. Collaborate with Network Team to manage Windows Server operating systems for supported on-premises applications. Review vendor-provided patches and service releases, coordinate testing with end users in a non-production environment, and schedule and implement patches with minimized downtime. Oversee the technical backend of third-party systems and resolve front-end user issues, interfacing directly with third-party support as necessary. Manage, maintain, and monitor Microsoft SQL Server and other database server infrastructure. Support Institutional Research teams by maintaining reporting infrastructures. Design and create ad-hoc queries and reports for end users. Assist end users with development of ad-hoc reports via established reporting tools. Prepare select required State and Federal reports. Prepare and provide user documentation and training materials. Provide direct end-user support for supported applications. Effectively convey technical and non-technical ideas in professional and easy to understand ways to various stakeholders using written and verbal mediums. Requirements:** Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related. Six (6) months' experience as an Applications Developer, Software Developer, or related. Experience must include: leading Software Development in support of administrative operations, conducting technical analyses, creating system models, and estimating development efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams; application Development using .NET, Angular, Visual Studio, LINQ, and Azure Portal (Security and Access Control), leveraging expertise in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript for API, middleware, and UI development; collaborating with stakeholders to analyze data, create ad-hoc reports and visualizations, design ETL workflows in SSIS to automate business processes and manage databases on SIS and SQL Servers; and maintaining GitHub code repositories, use IIS to deploy applications to Windows Servers, and train end-users on custom systems while resolving day-to-day bottlenecks and bugs.
