Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support day-to-day operations in a warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks, assisting team members, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following supervisor instructions to help ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Perform general physical labor tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Assist with packing, sorting, labeling, assembly, or production activities Clean and maintain work areas, tools, machinery, and equipment Support warehouse, construction, or manufacturing teams with daily operational needs Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Inspect materials and report damaged items, hazards, or issues to management Assist with lifting, stacking, and transporting goods or supplies Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely, as trained Complete work accurately and on schedule while maintaining productivity standards Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not always required Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or a related environment preferred Ability to perform physical work for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic Basic communication skills and ability to work well with a team Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays if required Preferred Qualifications Experience using hand tools, pallet jacks, or basic industrial equipment Familiarity with workplace safety practices Forklift certification or equipment operation experience is a plus Prior exposure to warehouse, production, or construction settings Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds regularly, and more if role-specific requirements apply Ability to work in indoor or outdoor environments, depending on job site Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain productivity standards Work Environment Warehouse, manufacturing plant, construction site, distribution center, or industrial facility May involve exposure to dust, noise, machinery, temperature changes, or outdoor weather conditions PPE may be required, including safety shoes, gloves, hard hats, goggles, or vests Education: Bachelors Degree
