We're hiring Entry-Level General Laborers / Sorters to work at a large recycling plant in Chesapeake, VA.
This role involves sorting recyclables to help keep the community clean, with no experience or diploma required. The position offers growth potential, with opportunities for promotion from within.
The schedule is from 5:45am to 4:40pm, Monday through Friday, with some occasional Saturdays. The pay is $12.77/hour, plus benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance after 90 days, PPE, a lunchroom, sick time, and weekly pay.
Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and have transportation options. Prior warehouse or sorting experience is a plus but not necessary. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen, and be comfortable working in a safety-sensitive environment where THC testing is required.
