We are hiring entry-level General Laborers / Sorters at a large recycling plant in Tacoma, WA.
Sorting recyclables is essential for community cleanliness. No experience or diploma is required; success depends on following directions and completing a job preview.
Multiple shifts available: 1st shift (6:00am–4:30pm) and 2nd shift (4:30pm–2:30am), Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.
Earn $19.44–$20.19/hour plus benefits after 90 days, including health insurance, PPE, paid time off, and weekly pay.
Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and pass background and drug tests.
