Job Title: General Labor Production Associate
Location: Lewisville or Denton, TX - Onsite – Manufacturing Environment
Schedule: 40 hrs per week (overtime as needed)

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labor Production Associate to support a variety of manufacturing operations. This entry-level role involves working with equipment, assembling products, and supporting production processes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of production tasks, including operating equipment, assembling parts, and supporting manufacturing processes
- Follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail
- Assist team members by moving materials and equipment as needed to meet production goals
- Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Load and unload materials, jigs, and components for production processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Identify and communicate potential issues or process improvements to supervisors
- Participate in training to safely operate equipment and improve skills
- Support overall production goals by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
- Entry-level; manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple areas
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

- Basic mechanical aptitude
