Prior general labor, construction, or restoration experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to learn mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration processes.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions.
Jobsite Support
Assist technicians with water extraction, debris removal, demolition, and cleanup.
Help set up and monitor drying equipment such as dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and pumps. (Technician PDF reference: “Set up and monitor equipment such as dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and pumps.”)
Support mold remediation and fire damage cleanup tasks as directed by the Superintendent or Project Manager.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Equipment & Warehouse Duties
Clean, maintain, and organize equipment after each job.

Assist with loading/unloading materials, tools, and supplies.
Help keep the box truck stocked and ready for deployment.
Documentation & Reporting
Clock in/out using Proven Jobs and accurately record time spent on-site.
Report defective equipment or safety concerns immediately to the Superintendent. (Technician PDF reference: “Report any defective equipment to the Superintendent.”)
Assist with basic job documentation in Encircle (training provided).
Team & Client Interaction
Work closely with technicians, subcontractors, and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code.
Provide courteous, respectful service when interacting with clients.
