Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate daily and weekly reports on company operations.
Present report findings and troubleshoot solutions to company executives and department managers.
Generate and assign work orders to plant staff, assisting them with finding solutions to challenges.
Observe plant staff and complete safety and operations surveys.
Coordinate shipments with the warehouse and process release paperwork.
Assist with preparing forecasts based on inventory and production reports.
Track all incoming products and maintain individual product files.
Track and confirm shipments and deliveries.
Assist with logistics planning and tracking.
