Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated General Labor employees to join our clients' manufacturing teams. These positions support daily production activities through hands-on labor, material movement, and basic equipment operation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Sort, stack, pack, and assemble products to meet production needs
- Inspect materials and finished goods for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow standard operating procedures and all safety guidelines
- Assist machine operators or other production personnel as needed
- Report concerns or mechanical issues promptly
Work Environment
- Active production floor setting
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and lifting
