General Labor / Production Associate
Location: Clearwater, FL
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Position Summary
Seeking dependable and motivated General Labor / Production Associates to support the manufacturing and finishing of acrylic bath and shower products. This position involves trimming, sanding, inspecting, and finishing products while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Trim and cut excess material using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
- Sand, deburr, and finish products to meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and dimensional accuracy.
- Record production information and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform basic equipment and tool maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a hot and humid manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical motions, including bending, squatting, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Experience using hand and power tools such as grinders, circular saws, or similar equipment.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, carpentry, or general labor experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Dress Code
- Long pants or sturdy work pants (no leggings, yoga pants, sweatpants, or shorts).
- T-shirt or work-appropriate shirt.
- Closed-toe shoes required.
