Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated General Laborer to support our daily operations. This role includes a range of hands-on tasks that help keep projects running smoothly. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically capable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform general labor duties such as lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting materials

  Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and maintaining organized work areas

  Use hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment as required
• 
  Follow safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• 
  Support skilled workers and team members as needed
• 
  Complete tasks accurately and within assigned timelines

  Report safety concerns, damaged equipment, or issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

  Prior labor or construction experience is helpful but not required; training provided
• 
  Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various conditions
• 
  Strong work ethic with a positive, team-focused attitude
• 
  Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
• 
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Schedule & Pay:

• 
  Full-time role; schedule may vary depending on project demands

  Overtime and weekend shifts may be necessary
