General Foreman

The Brass Foundry General Foreman leads and manages a high-performing foundry operation with a focus on cost control, production efficiency, equipment reliability, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities include

• driving employee development through mentorship and team leadership,
• implementing process improvements and managing R&D projects,
• analyzing data to optimize production schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in ERP systems preferred.
Required education is a high school diploma or GED, with at least two years of leadership and five years of foundry experience.
Preferred qualifications include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or related fields.
