About the Opportunity ASR International Corporation, with over 40 years of experience providing engineering, construction management, and technical services to the U.S. Department of Defense, is seeking three (3) qualified General Engineer Project Managers to support the USAF at Hurlburt Field, Florida.
These positions are embedded in the Engineering Flight (CEN). The roles provide critical project management expertise for requirement development, design management, project development, technical reviews, cost/schedule control, and oversight of A/E and construction activities supporting Special Operations facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems.
Services are performed on-site at Hurlburt Field in support of a Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 15 June 2026. These are key personnel positions under the contract.
Position Summary The CEN-General Engineer Project Managers will deliver high-quality, timely project management and engineering support services and deliverables. Work includes translating customer requirements into executable packages, managing design and construction phases, reviewing deliverables, facilitating technical interchange, and providing cost/schedule support while meeting strict performance thresholds (adequate requirement definition 90% of the time; documents with only minor errors and revisions completed in 2 days).

Work Environment, Schedule & Location: On-site at Hurlburt Field, Florida (desk space and government-furnished computer with unclassified network. No routine travel outside the Hurlburt Field perimeter is expected.
