Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services for children, adolescents, and young adults.
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases, dental conditions, and developmental concerns.
  • Develop and present individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Educate patients, parents, and guardians on oral health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
  • Review treatment options and discuss clinical findings with families to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Interpret X-rays and other diagnostic images to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
  • Monitor the growth and development of teeth and jaws, identifying potential issues early.
  • Deliver high-quality restorative and preventive dental treatments while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records in compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, technology, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to provide an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional pediatric dental care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and families.
  • Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, ethical standards, and commitment to clinical excellence.
