Our client is a well-established not-for-profit community healthcare organization that has been serving patients for more than 40 years. They provide comprehensive medical services through multiple locations and are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to diverse and underserved communities. Their integrated care model includes primary care, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, prevention programs, and community health initiatives.
The Position:
Our client is seeking a full-time General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join their outpatient dental team. This provider will deliver comprehensive dental care including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing oral health management. The dentist will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population, including both adult and pediatric patients, and working in a high-volume environment. This role also involves collaboration with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare professionals to improve overall patient outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform procedures including extractions, endodontics (including molar root canals), fillings, dentures/partials, crowns, and bridges
- See approximately 14 patients per day in a high-volume setting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options
- Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, EFDA, and dental assistants to deliver efficient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
- Build strong relationships with community providers and referral partners
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
- Active and Unrestricted Ohio Dental License
- DEA License (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients
- Experience working in a high-volume setting preferred
