Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Diagnose and treat dental diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and oral structures.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for patients, emphasizing long-term oral health.
- Procedures: Perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including restorations, endodontics, crown and bridge work, extractions, and cosmetic treatments.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, preventative care, and prescribed treatment options to ensure informed consent and comfort.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant digital patient records and clinical notes in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active, unrestricted state dental license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).
- Current DEA registration and active malpractice insurance coverage.
- Proficient in general dentistry procedures with strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent chairside manner, communication skills, and the ability to build trust with patients of all ages.
