About Us

We are a growing dental support organization serving practices across nine states, with a strong focus on pediatric dentistry, along with general dentistry and orthodontics. Our footprint includes Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi.

Founded in 2015 with just three offices, we have grown to over 65 locations through dedication, strong partnerships, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Rather than focusing solely on rapid expansion, we prioritize sustainable growth, clinical excellence, and a people-first culture. Our goal is to positively impact the dental industry while creating a supportive, values-driven environment for both our teams and the communities we serve.

We take pride in our mission, core values, and collaborative culture. We view our team as a dental family and treat our patients as "guests," delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
