Open Position – Reno, Nevada
Dental Assistant – General Practice
Starting at $17+/hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)
In this role, you’ll provide chairside support, assist during procedures, help maintain efficient clinical flow, and create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dentists chairside during restorative and preventive procedures
Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms before and after patients
Take and process dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)
Help support patient flow and ensure patient comfort during visits
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
Sterilize instruments and manage clinical supply inventory
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-op instructions
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
️ Dental assisting experience preferred (but not required for all roles)
️ Strong communication and multitasking skills
️ Positive, team-oriented attitude
️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
️ CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
️ Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
