Job Overview
We are hiring a General Construction Laborer to support ongoing construction projects in the Salinas area. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable with physical work and assisting across various job-site tasks. Duties may vary dependingon project needs. Responsibilities
Perform general labor duties including heavy lifting, digging, cleaning, and site preparation
Assist skilled trades and supervisors as needed
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow safety procedures and job-site rules
Support daily construction operations as assigned
Requirements
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
Familiarity with basic construction tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
