General Clerk II - Support

Role: General Clerk II – Support (1st Shift) 
Location: Dubuque, IA (Onsite)
Pay: $23.50/hr
Duration: 12-month contract-option to go internal or convert

We’re partnering with a top manufacturing client to hire a General Clerk II – Support to support factory operations and organization efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, data tracking, and hands-on operational support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process documents, maintain records, and run reports
• Respond to customer inquiries and route complex issues
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support factory 5S initiatives, including audits and organization
• Create and maintain industrial signage, labels, and visual tools
• Manage inventory, supplies, and print room operations
• Use tools like Adobe Illustrator to design print layouts
• Maintain internal systems (including SharePoint)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong clerical / administrative experience
• Attention to detail with data entry and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator preferred)
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-functionally
