• Hours: 7AM to 3:30PM
• Call: 1 weekend per month | 2 first calls | 2 second calls per month | Post-call day off
• Vacation: 6-8 weeks annually - flexible
• Partnership: 2 year track - no buy-in
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000 - 2 year commitment
• Moving Expense Reimbursement: Up to $20,000 with receipts

Compensation & Benefits

• Median Income: $650,000 annually - productivity based
• W-2 employment structure - physicians can submit expenses to the corporation as pre-tax deductions

100% own cases - no cardiac. Cardiac services are provided by a dedicated TEE certified cardiac fellowship trained team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - required
• Regional block proficiency - required
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain prior to start

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
