Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries about their GEICO policies, providing clear and accurate information.
Process policy changes, payments, and other customer service requests efficiently.
Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
Explain insurance coverages and options in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
Build rapport with customers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records in our systems.
Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and provide exceptional service.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
