Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology (BE or BC)
- Valid Pennsylvania Medical License
- DEA Certification
- Minimum of 1 year relevant clinical experience
- Strong procedural skills and patient management abilities
- Proficiency with the EPIC EMR system
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced procedures like ERCP or EUS (not required)
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completed fellowship in Gastroenterology
- Prior hospital-based practice experience
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and multi-disciplinary collaboration
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to support staffing for 1 week per month including weekends
- Availability for 7-day blocks, 24-hour call coverage
- Commitment to safety and adherence to hospital policies
- Travel and licensure expenses reimbursed as applicable
