How you'll make an impact in this role

Ascension Sacred Heart is looking for a certified Gastroenterology APP (will accept both PA and NP applicants) to cover PRN shifts at our Level I Trauma Center in Pensacola, Florida.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension to cover primarily weekend shifts (roughly 4 days per month) with potential for some weekdays from time to time.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Master's degree of Nursing required.

What additional preferences you'll need

- GI APP experience is strongly preferred
