About the Clinician‘s WorkdayThe gastroenterologist will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology services managing 15 clinic patients daily and performing 10 endoscopic procedures under conscious sedation on scoping days. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM in the clinic setting and provide inpatient coverage during call weeks with weeknight and weekend call responsibilities occurring 1 week per month. The position requires anesthesiologist support for procedures and involves managing general gastroenterology cases with no rounding, consults, or ED coverage except during call periods.
