Responsible for monitoring the AHSs compliance in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local dietary standards, guidelines, and regulations. Ensures that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.Principal Accountabilities:1. Provides clinical nutrition assessment and documentation for patients with chronic diseases in the patients home.2. Maintains quality assurance and evaluates compliance with corporate policies and procedures and State and Federal guidelines.3.
