The ideal candidate will also be comfortable communicating with families about student progress, supporting individual learning goals, and maintaining accurate records of student development and academic growth. They should be committed to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports each child's independence.
Qualifications: *At least 1 year of Lead Teacher experience
Salary Range: $47,840 - $56,160
Description of Community: Garfield Montessori School is an authentic Montessori non-profit dedicated to nurturing children aged 2.5 to 6 years old. We have two Primary classrooms, one with 4 teachers and 22 students and the other with 3 teachers and 20 students.
