This is a great opportunity to work in a beautiful, outdoor retail environment while gaining hands-on experience with plant care and customer interaction.
? Pay & Schedule
- $16.00/hour
- Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Full-time, consistent daytime schedule no nights!
? What Youll Be Doing
As a Garden Center Associate, youll play a key role in creating a welcoming and vibrant shopping experience:
- Care for plants by watering, pruning, and maintaining their health?
- Set up eye-catching retail displays that attract customers
- Keep the garden center clean, organized, and safe
- Assist customers with basic product questions and recommendations
- Restock merchandise and follow daily plans from supervisors
? What Were Looking For
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift
- Reliable transportation (you may support multiple nearby locations)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Experience in retail, landscaping, or general labor is a plusbut not required!
