General Summary of Job Duties: The Table Games Floor Supervisor will be responsible for observing all games, players, and dealers to ensure accuracy and protection of the Table Games department.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Maintaining a high quality of guest service.
  • Always exhibiting a positive and professional attitude with team members and guests
  • Protecting the assets of the company to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Enforcing all table game policies and procedures while ensuring excellent guest service.
  • Applying your knowledge of dealing procedures including house rules to preserve the security and integrity of games.
  • Verifying all bankrolls from previous shifts to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitoring games and maintaining appropriate game pace.
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and filling requests.
  • Assisting in training and evaluating subordinate team members in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Accurately tracking player actions by noting buy-ins, length of play, win / loss, and average bet.
  • Operating all games in accordance with gaming laws and company policies.
  • Verifying the accuracy of documents signed and ensuring procedures are accurately followed.
  • Communicating pertinent information to management in a timely and responsible manner.
  • Maintaining proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play.
  • Notifying management immediately of any unusual activity of play.
  • Creating a work environment which promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
  • Performing all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
  • Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to perform simple math
