Job Title: FX Onboarding / SSI Specialists (3 roles)

Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week

Contract Length: 3-6+ months

Rate: $35-40/hr

Interview Process: 1 round 30-minute panel interview

Top Requirements:

• FX / payments / treasury operations experience
• Experience working with SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions) or payment instructions
• Background in client onboarding, account maintenance, or financial operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial data
• Comfortable working in high-volume, process-driven environments

Plusses:

• Direct FX onboarding experience (asset managers, institutional clients)
• SWIFT messaging exposure
• Capital markets experience

Job Summary:

Seeking multiple FX Onboarding / SSI Specialists to support a high-priority initiative focused on onboarding an asset manager and centralizing FX payment instructions. This role will be responsible for managing and validating client payment instructions (SSI), ensuring accuracy of financial data, and supporting onboarding workflows within a structured operational environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and update Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) and client payment data
• Support onboarding of new FX clients, including asset managers
• Review, validate, and maintain sensitive financial information
• Work across internal systems to input and update client data
• Partner with internal teams (operations, onboarding, compliance) to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with backlog reduction and process standardization efforts
