Job Description: The FX Currency Administration Client Service Representative is responsible for daily production and client support for Currency Administration mandates. This individual will be required to have a thorough understanding of team procedures and ensure daily client deliverables are met.
- Perform all daily tasks required for a subset of Currency Administration client relationships, working with management to ensure client inquiries are responded to and ensuring all client deliverables are met daily.
- Ensuring appropriate hand off to regional offices to ensure all client deliverables are met daily
- Demonstrate product knowledge through adherence to established procedures
