Store Manager – David's BridalResponsible for building and leading a high‑performing sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and exceeding sales targets in a retail apparel environment.Essential Job FunctionsCustomer Focus: Leads a customer‑first culture; oversees floor management; provides coaching and training to enhance selling skills.Analyzing & Decision Making: Manages store payroll within budget; drives Total Monthly Income goals; monitors inventory, receiving, and quality standards.Managing Performance: Communicates sales goals; conducts performance discussions; builds talent pipeline; ensures staffing meets goals.Education & CredentialsHigh School diploma or equivalent.Four years of retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.Experience with a computerized POS system.Work Hours & Physical DemandsFull‑time, Sunday through Saturday, 40 hours a week.
