Seeking an Infant Teacher to guide young children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities aligned with the Balanced Learning® approach.
Responsibilities include supervising children, ensuring safety and health compliance, assessing developmental needs, implementing lesson plans, planning parent conferences, maintaining a welcoming classroom environment, providing positive reinforcement, and assisting with housekeeping duties.
Requirements include meeting local child care regulations, prior experience in licensed early childhood programs preferred, knowledge of children’s developmental needs, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and relevant educational qualifications (2-year degree for Infant and Toddler teachers; 4-year degree and certification for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten teachers).
