The Turner Home Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Warehouse including organization, productivity, receiving products, managing associates (including delivery teams), assembly of products, and quality checking products. They hire, train and retain a high quality warehouse team and partner with the Sales Manager, store managers, sales staff, administrative staff and other Turner Home Management to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Major Responsibilities
Hire, train, schedule, manage and mentor all warehouse employees including delivery teams
Manage and control the condition and security of inventory including its proper storage, handling, disposal, transferring, cleaning and repairing.
Oversee the receiving process for all Turner Home product including unloading, checking in products, quality checking, storage and/or preparation for delivery
Responsible for/overseeing proper staging, loading and unloading of furniture for daily deliveries and transfers including assembly and loading; ensures complete and accurate pulling and assembly of customer deliveries and store transfers for next day delivery
Manages the scheduling, routing and control of all trucking activity to ensure efficient delivery and pickup of furniture
Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and security of the warehouse and vehicles
Partner with administrative staff to ensure all damage claims are processed per vendor requirements
Partner with Turner Home management, Sales Staff and administrative staff to collectively problem solve and provide the best possible customer experience
Optimize processes for storage, pulling, and delivering products
Ensures that safety standards are adhered to in all areas of the warehouse.
Conduct cycle counts for inventory accuracy
Minimum Requirements
Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Requires quick problem-solving skills
Must have strong communication, organizational skills and time management skills
Must be able to carry at minimum 50 lb
Must be able to drive a 26' box truck
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
