Your success is our success. Description JOB SUMMARY: Manufacture standard production and customized aircraft furniture. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Responsible for leading, guiding, and directing other employees on Furniture Building needs + Responsible for training new and current team members on processes and procedures + Instruct and direct workflow of furniture builders to meet production schedule. + Write and understand QN process when needed. + Uphold mentoring and leadership qualities in the department. + Responsible for own work and overseeing/approving work of others in furniture build. EDUCATION: Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification, and Textron Aviations blueprint reading class preferred. EXPERIENCE: + 5 years of related experience in assembly and/or composite. WORKING CONDITIONS: Somewhat disagreeable working conditions with exposure to dust, noise, heat, fumes and liquids.
