Funeral Director and Embalming License for the state of Wisconsin or willing to obtain
Active and In Good Standing Funeral Director License and Embalmer License with the state of Wisconsin
Strong embalming skills
Good understanding of computers and standard software including, MS Word, MS Excel
Ability to serve and maintain several families in a given time period
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
High level of empathy and compassion
Ability to work weekends and evenings according to schedule
Clean driving record
Arrange and conduct funeral and memorial ceremonies in a professional, organized, and caring manner
Care for the deceased respectfully while performing a variety of tasks, including removals and transfers; embalming, dressing, and casketing.
Arrange for and oversee interment or cremation of human remains
Prepare necessary legal paperwork, including contracts, authorizations, death certificates and transit permits
