Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Funding/ Treasury Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about financial management, project administration, and consulting. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-level administrative support, manage financial and administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of our funding projects. This role requires exceptional multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to funding consultants, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
2. Manage financial tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
3. Oversee the administration of funding projects from inception to completion, including the coordination of resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
4. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather information, answer queries, and provide updates on project status.
5. Implement and maintain administrative systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Conduct research and analysis to support funding applications and project development.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
8. Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
3. Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
4. High proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
10. Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
