Position Overview

The Fund Transaction Specialist supports fund management and investment teams by executing and reconciling fund transactions, monitoring cash flows, and maintaining accurate investment records. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with fund cash flow monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting

  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, operations, finance, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track fund activity and performance

  • Ensure compliance with fund agreements, internal policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Identify operational risks, discrepancies, and process inefficiencies, proposing improvements

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports for fund and portfolio teams, as well as senior management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
