Position Overview

Fund Investor Services Analysts support fund operations and investor relations teams by managing client onboarding, maintaining investor records, and delivering accurate reporting. This role combines operational coordination, data analysis, and client service to ensure a seamless experience for investors and adherence to fund policies and regulatory requirements.

These roles often involve collaboration with operations, finance, legal, and portfolio teams to facilitate capital calls, distributions, and investor inquiries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding new investors and maintaining accurate investor records

  • Support the processing of capital calls, subscriptions, and distributions

  • Prepare and distribute investor reports, statements, and performance summaries

  • Maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and data to monitor fund performance and investor activity

  • Respond to investor inquiries and support investor communications

  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with fund documents and regulatory requirements

  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in investor services
