Fund Advisory Specialists support investment teams, fund managers, and institutional clients by providing advisory services related to fund operations, portfolio monitoring, and strategic capital deployment. These specialists collaborate with portfolio managers, operations teams, legal, and compliance professionals to enhance fund performance, optimize capital strategies, and support reporting and governance requirements.
Advise fund managers and clients on fund strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio optimization
Conduct fund-level and portfolio-level analysis, including performance tracking, benchmarking, and risk assessment
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support fund performance, liquidity planning, and investor reporting
Support fund governance and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal policies
Prepare client-facing materials, including fund performance reports, investment memoranda, and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to streamline fund processes and improve efficiency
Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities within fund operations and portfolio performance
Assist in ad-hoc projects related to fund structuring, reporting, or strategic initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Knowledge of fund structures, private capital markets, and portfolio management
