The ideal candidate is a tech-forward, solutions-oriented professional with strong technical accounting capabilities and a passion for building smarter, AI-driven workflows.The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and operations for a diverse investment portfolio, including:Fund of FundsPrivate venture and real estate fundsFamily office investment entitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Reporting & Audit Stewardship Lead annual financial statement preparation and complex year-end close processes.Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.Prepare monthly accruals.Support regulatory filings and compliance requirements.Data Integrity & Operations Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of trial balances, P&L, pricing, and investment positions against fund administrator records.Prepare investment reporting.Investor Relations & Capital Activities Calculate partner allocations.Partner with Investor Relations to prepare monthly and quarterly investor performance reporting.Coordinate with Operations regarding capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and withdrawals.Process Optimization & Technology Partner with senior accounting professionals to improve accounting workflows.Utilize automation, AI tools, and modern technology to increase efficiency and improve processes.QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.CPA is a plus5–7 years of blended accounting experience with Big 4 public accounting experience, a plusFund accounting experience with a Hedge Fund, Private Equity Fund, or Fund Admin.Experience with:Investor allocationsPerformance reportingPrivate investment valuationsExperience with Advent Geneva (or similar fund accounting software) preferred.Experience supporting regulatory filings (including Form ADV) preferred.Passion for leveraging automation, AI, and technology to improve accounting workflows.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Executive presence and polished communication skills.Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to solving problems.A collaborative mindset with humility, resilience, and a willingness to wear multiple hats.#J-18808-Ljbffr
