Functional Testing Consultant Callidus Remote Role 15+Month Contract Experience: 10+ Years (5+ Years in Callidus) Client is seeking an experienced Functional Testing Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the Callidus platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in functional testing, with the ability to validate complex business processes and ensure high-quality deliverables in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end functional testing on Callidus applications Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business requirements Validate compensation plans, workflows, and data integrity within Callidus Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements Identify, log, and track defects through resolution Participating in UAT support and ensuring successful deployments Prepare test documentation including test plans, test cases, and reports Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience in functional testing 5+ years of hands-on experience with Callidus (SAP Commissions) Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC Experience with test management and defect tracking tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Life Insurance domain Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
