Durham School Services, a Summit School Services company, is immediately hiring fully credentialed School Bus Drivers for the Central York area.

If you already have your CDL Class A or B with Passenger and School Bus endorsements, this is a great opportunity to earn steady part-time income, stay close to home, and make a meaningful impact in your community.

Qualified candidates may interview and be offered on the spot.

Pay, Schedule & Location

Pay:$60 per shift, with 2 shifts each day, Monday through Friday

Schedule: Split shift, morning and afternoon routes

Location: 1230 Roosevelt Ave, Manchester Twp, PA

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Eligible fully credentialed school bus drivers may qualify for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Bonus payment schedule:

• $500 after 90 days
• $500 after 180 days
• $500 after 270 days
• $1,000 after 360 days

To qualify, candidates must not have worked for the company within the last six months and must already be a fully licensed (BPS) school bus driver.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a CDL A or B.
• Must have held a driver’s license for at least 3 years (5 years if applying in Tennessee).
• Minimum age: 21 (25 in Tennessee). If you’ve held a DOT-regulated driving role in the past 3 years, we must be able to verify that employment per DOT guidelines.
• Pass DOT drug screen, physical, and background check
• Compliance with DOT regulations (marijuana prohibited, even for medical use)
• Reliable attendance & safety-first attitude
