Position Overview
The Custodian supports Wolfe's Neck Center's mission by ensuring that all visitor facilities, offices, classrooms, campground facilities, and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for staff, guests, and program participants.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative facilities team in an active agricultural, hospitality, and educational setting.

Working Conditions
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in a farm, campground, and educational setting. The Custodian may be exposed to varying weather conditions, animals, and typical farm activities. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required when appropriate.

Compensation:
The Custodian is a fulltime with hours ranging between 32-40 hours per week based at Wolfe's Neck Center in Freeport, ME from. Compensation commensurate with experience: $18 -22 per hour.
