What You'll Do

• Clean residential and commercial windows using professional equipment and techniques.
• Utilize advanced water-fed pole systems and traditional hand-cleaning tools.
• Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning services.
• Maintain clean, organized service vehicles and equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every Princeton-area job site.
• Follow strict safety procedures and company standards.
• Support Brand Growth: Participate in social media content creation (such as project photos/videos for @TheSqueegeeSocietyNJ) and on-site client care, including distributing marketing materials and thank you bags.
• Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to our Montgomery-area meeting location.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to approximately 20 feet.
• Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
