NCS Early Learning Village is seeking a dependable, energetic Team Assistant Teacher to support our classroom teams in creating a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment for young children.

This position plays a vital support role by assisting teachers throughout the day and ensuring classrooms operate smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support your classroom team during snack and lunch times, including preparation and clean-up

• Help restock classroom supplies and maintain organization

• Provide coverage for teachers’ bathroom breaks and daily lunch breaks

• Step in as a substitute teacher if a team member is absent

• Assist with supervision to ensure children’s safety and well-being

• Support children’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual development

• Maintain cleanliness and follow all health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Experience working with young children preferred

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout the day

• Team-oriented, dependable, and flexible

Schedule:

• Full-time, year-round position

• Scheduled holidays

• One-week break at July 4 and one-week break at Christmas

• Required attendance at in-service days
