The Merchandising Supervisor oversees store merchandising, pricing, and recovery to ensure an engaging shopping environment.
- Execute visual standards, maintain well-recovered sales floors, and replenish products based on sales and seasonal needs.
- Coach and train associates on merchandising, product knowledge, and company standards.
- Manage pricing activities, signage, and incoming product coordination.
- Lead with integrity, foster teamwork, and model excellent customer service.
- Monitor store operations, prevent loss, and support safety protocols.
- Utilize KPIs to make data-driven decisions and meet performance goals.
- Perform opening/closing duties and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications: Must be 18+, possess strong communication skills, flexible availability, with retail or supervisory experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for long periods, and perform physical tasks.
Pay starts at $17.25/hour.
