Seeking passionate individuals for a Store Manager Trainee program to develop leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, and foster a positive team environment.
Full-time, approximately 45 hours/week, starting at $27.25/hour with potential first-year earnings up to $80,500 including bonuses.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing operational plans, resolving customer and employee concerns, recruiting, training, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.
Must be able to operate store equipment, handle physical tasks up to 45 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.
Qualifications include strong communication, leadership, organization, and retail experience; high school diploma preferred.
