We are seeking a full-time Custodian for Retirement Residence of Plum and Northwood Commons.
Job Duties:
- Perform cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work
- Clean snow from entrances and sidewalks; help mow and trim lawn and hedges when requested
- Check trash areas, remove large trash to chute and change dumpsters as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have valid PA Drivers License
- Experience in cleaning work, related to the care and maintenance of buildings, public facilities and grounds preferred
- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, stoop, climb and reach
