Full-Time Private Duty RN for Home Health Agency

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home assessments and develop individual care plans.
• Skilled nursing & ongoing oversight.
• Assist families with services, rates and long-term care insurance.
• Documentation & Supervisory visits for caregivers and nurses.

Qualifications:

• FL RN license
• Driver’s License
• Current CPR Card
• Experience in Home Health/Private Duty preferred
• Reliable transportation/Auto Insurance
• Level 2 background check required
• Certificate from Alzheimer’s 2 hr course (Dept of elder affairs)
• 1 hr training video Alzheimer’s (Dept of elder affairs)
• Physical/TB done within last 6 months
